Private, exclusive lectures on “The taste of
Tuscany”, where our resident lecturer talks you through the Tuscan
gastronomic and wine specialties of the area, enlivening the talk with
anecdotes, a display of the local ingredients and practical cookery
and tasting tips. The lecture lasts about one hour and at the end there
will be a meal consisting of a selection of the dishes that have been
mentioned with, of course, the appropriate wines.
Sale of wine, olive oil, coffee and other specialties at discount
prices.
PRICE: 15,00 Euro for the lecture, including recipe cards and small
oil and bread tastings 25,00 euro for the meal including wine.
